&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Intel全新打造的純12V電源規範“ATX12VO”(O代表Only)，是1995年以來電源設計規範最大的一次變化.
ATX12VO規範完全取消了傳統的5V、3.3V，只保留12V輸出電路，由它統一負責為主板、顯卡、硬盤、外設等進行供電，
同時24針主供電接口改為10針，通常在CPU插座附近的4針EPS輔助供電接口則改為可選項，甚至是用於保持USB設備供電和喚醒的5VSB(Standby)輸出也改成了12VSB，當然USB輸出電壓依然是5V。
12V向其他更低電壓的轉換則全部交給主板負責，比如硬盤、固態盤、光驅等所需的5V輸入，都從主板獲得，為此SATA接口旁邊會增設一個SATA供電接口。&lt;/p&gt;

附加主板接口(Extra Board Connector)是為有大量PCIe插槽，大量USB，或者其他擴展槽的主板設計的。
