&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;UDIMM：全稱Unbuffered DIMM，即無緩衝雙列直插內存模塊，無寄存器.&lt;br&gt;
我們平時台式機的內存用的就是 不帶ECC的 UDIMM, 即 Non-ECC DIMM.
UDIMM無需經過寄存器芯片,所以延遲比較低,頻率可以比較高,總容量較低,價格便宜&lt;br&gt;

&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;RDIMM：全稱Registered DIMM，帶寄存器的雙列直插內存模塊。 RDIMM在內存條上加了一個寄存器進行傳輸，其位於CPU和內存顆粒之間，既減少了並行傳輸的距離，又保證並行傳輸的有效性。一般用在服務器端,可以插更多內存,提高總的內存容量. 但是會增加延遲,降低頻率. 這種內存都會帶ECC功能.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;LRDIMM：全稱Load Reduced DIMM，低負載雙列直插內存模塊。相比RDIMM，LRDIMM並未使用複雜寄存器，只是簡單緩衝，緩衝降低了下層主板上的電力負載，但對內存性能幾乎無影響。&lt;br&gt;
此外，LRDIMM內存將RDIMM內存上的Register芯片改為iMB(isolation Memory Buffer)內存隔離緩衝芯片，直接好處就是降低了內存總線負載，進一步提升內存支持容量。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4 id=&#34;nvdimm&#34;&gt;NVDIMM
&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;p&gt;NVDIMM (Non-Volatile DIMM)非易失性雙列直插式內存模組， 是一種由DRAM、NAND和Controller組成的內存解決方案。&lt;br&gt;
在斷電時，超級電容提供備份數據所需的電源。從而使存儲在DRAM中的數據安全地轉移到NAND。
NVDIMM的主要應用領域是服務器和存儲，這兩個領域對數據的安全性要求都很高。&lt;/p&gt;
